Account deletion is permanent
Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered and your data cannot be restored. If you only want to stop using FITIO temporarily, simply sign out instead.
Option 1 — Delete your account in the app

Log in to your account
Open the FITIO app and sign in with the account you want to delete.

Go to your Profile
Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.

Scroll to "Delete Account"
In your profile settings, scroll to the bottom of the menu. The Delete Account option is shown in red.

Tap "Delete Account"
A confirmation dialog appears listing everything that will be permanently removed.

Review the data to be deleted
Check the list of data that will be erased: profile information, onboarding answers, progress tracking, meal logs, weight history and achievements.

Type DELETE to confirm
Type DELETE in capital letters into the confirmation field.

Confirm
Tap the red confirmation button. Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately, and you are signed out.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app
Email us from the address registered to your FITIO account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify that the request comes from the account owner and complete the deletion within 30 days, then confirm by email.

What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently erases all of the following from our systems:
- Account & login credentials — your authentication record, so the account can no longer be used to sign in.
- Profile information — name, email address, profile picture and personal details.
- Onboarding answers — goals, preferences and initial setup data.
- Health & fitness data — height, weight, age, activity level and related measurements.
- Progress tracking — all fitness progress and tracking history.
- Meal logs — all logged meals and nutrition data.
- Weight history — all weight entries and charts.
- Achievements — all earned badges, streaks and milestones.
What is retained, and for how long
